摘要

MeTeR _f (R _f = CF _3, C _2F _5) can easily be prepared via the reactions of methyl iodide and the corresponding tetramethylammonium perfluoroalkyltellurates(0), [NMe _4]TeR _f (R _f = CF _3, C _2F _5). Both compounds are easily oxidized by xenon difluoride and the heavier halogens to yield the corresponding dihalides, MeTe(R _f)X _2 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) and by ArI(OCOCF _3) _2 to give the corresponding trifluoroacetates, MeTe(R _f)(OCOCF _3) _2. All compounds are characterized byspectroscopic means. The molecular structures of MeTe(R _f)F _2,MeTe(R _f)Cl _2, MeTe(R _f)Br _2, and of 4-MeC _6H _4I(OCOCF _3) _2 were elucidated by XRD methods.
