摘要

Two three-dimensional metal-organic framework heteropolynuclear complexes [Nd _2Zn _4L _4(OAc) _6(NO _3) _2(OH) _2]·Et _2O·2EtOH (1) and [Eu _2Zn _4L _4(OAc) _6(NO _3) _2(OH) _2] _2·EtOH (2) [L = o-vanillin] were prepared by reactions of the o-vanillin ligand with Ln(NO _3) _3·6H _2O and Zn(OAc) _2·2H _2O. X-ray crystallographic analyses revealed that molecules of 1 have an unusual central cage-like cavity through short intermolecular C···H···O interactions and π-π stacking giving rise to a three-dimensional metal-organic framework, which contains open channels. Photophysical studies showed that the typical emission bands of Nd ~(3+) ion assigned to the ~4F _(3/2)→ ~4I _(j/2) (j = 9, 11, 13) transition are observed upon excitation of the ligand-centered absorption band at 380 nm. But the characteristic luminescence emission of the Eu ~(III) ion in MeCN is not observed.
