An important success factor for enterprises or production networks is the logistical performance, which strongly depends on the order management. Our simulation tool is an efficient assistant for its design and the parameterisation of the methods. The vision behind the tool and the derived structure is explained. Finally, an industry case study shows the advantage of our concept.
