With the instruction of the 1960 Federal Building Act, the legislature has entrusted the state boards of expert valuers with the task of bringing transparency to the real estate market. For this reason, copies of all purchase agreements related to the real estate are sent by the notary to the state boards of expert valuers. In accordance with the requirements of BauGB, comprehensive and uniform nationwide information on the real estate market are made available to interested users. Various examples should demonstrate how Niedersachsenwide aims could be implemented and achieved during the last 50 years.
