This class of dry yearling Oberhasli does has my fingers tingling with the need to feel them and my mind saying, put them on the 'move. Alas, that is not possible, so the inspection begins. This is going to be a close one. The first thing to state about this class is that the udder development and balance of the halves has no effect on the placement. Only after a doe has freshened or is being milked regularly, does the udder come into consideration. All that is now counted is the number of teats, quality (no spur, double, etc.) of the teats, and the number/placement of orifice(s) in each teat. It is being assumed that all teats are correct for this class placement.
