Application of the First Variation of the S-Flap: A 25-year-old woman had undergone three operations for meningomyelocele in infancy and childhood. She had a sensorial defect in both of her lower extremities. She had two neuropathic ulcers: one in the right heel and one in the distal part of the fifth metatarsus. The ulcer on the fifth metatarsus was renewed and primarily closed. The ulcerous lesion on the heel was removed.
