Oxsensis, a company based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, England, that is developing a range of optical instrumentation for control in super-harsh environments, has announced two new business deals. Oxsensis works in various fields, such as power generation, aero engines and airframes, oil and gas production and exploration, industrial processing and heavy transport. For industrial gas turbines, for example, Oxsensis said its sensors increase the quality and quantity of the combustion data extracted in power generators, allowing operators to improve combustion to reduce fuel burn and NO_x emissions.
