As the energy industry looks forward to the demands already being felt worldwide, the need for greater efficiency and support is key. It is for this reason that Hotstart, based in Spokane, Washington, U.S.A., has opened a new office in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. Houston was selected after years of feedback from current and prospective customers, many of whom have operations in or close to Texas. "Being on-site in Houston allows us to connect with our customers in an even greater way," said Rick Car gill, oil and gas sales manager. "We can provide greater and timelier support and problem solving; visit their offices, production facilities and even commissioning sites; provide parts on short notice; and give technical support on-site. Having face-to-face conversations and understanding their needs allows our team to engineer tailored solutions and streamlined processes that meet the demands of the industry."
