摘要

Studying the structure and rearrangements of isochalcogenocyanatocyclopropenes, potential precursors for fine organic synthesis and metal complex preparation [1—4], is an urgent task. Previously, we found fast intramolecular migrations of isocyanato, isothiocyanato, and isoselenocyanato groups around the periphery of the three-membered ring in corresponding triphenylcyclopropene derivatives, using dynamic ~1H and ~(13)C NMR [5—7]. However, experimental data provides no opportunity to establish a detailed mechanism of structural nonrigidity of these compounds, which can result from 1,3-or 3,3-sigmatropic shifts of the isochalcogenocyanato groups (—NCX, where X = O, S, Se) or their migration by the mechanism of randomization through the formation of a tight ion pair produced by triphenylcy-clopropenium cation and NCX~- anion.
