摘要

For the first time Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines were oxidized to the corresponding pyridines by diphenyl disulfide in ionic liquid.Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines (DHPs) and their derivatives are an important class of bioactive molecules in the field of drags and pharmaceuticals,and have been extensively studied in view of the biological pertinence of these compounds to the NADH redox process.
