Nexeo Solutions has entered into an agreement to acquire Archway Sales, Inc. and JACAAB, LLC ("Archway"). The acquisition is part of Nexeo Solutions' drive to expand its presence in specialty chemicals. In creating a comprehensive product offering, the goal of the transaction is for the combined capabilities of Nexeo and Archway to create a full line distributor and a leader in the CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) industry. The transaction is expected to close in or around April, and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
