Looking af the current state of the drilling industry, what are the most relevant and critical challenges we face? In terms of drilling and completion technology, I think the industry is moving quite well. However, development of peo ple's capabilities is not keeping pace with technology development. I have the view that we are still doing the same things that we have been doing for the past decades while technology has already moved to a new horizon.
