A man in his 60s presented with a 1-year history of a palpable painless mass over the right parotid area. No facial pain, local tenderness, or facial palsy was noted. Physical examination revealed a 2.5 x 2.5-cm, freely movable, elastic, nontender mass over the right parotid area. A head and neck fat-suppressed, postcontrast T1-weighted image demonstrated a 1.7-cm multilocular peripherally enhancing mass in the anterior superficial lobe of the right parotid gland (Figure, A, arrowhead). On clinical and radiological grounds, the most likely diagnosis was thought to be pleomorphic adenoma or War-thin tumor. Right superficial parotidectomy was performed, and the entire lesion was surgically removed without complications. There was no recurrence at the 5-month follow-up.
