In the article "Impact of High-Performance Work Systems on Individual-and Branch-Level Performance: Test of a Multilevel Model of Intermediate Linkages, " by Samuel Aryee, Fred O. Walumbwa, Emmanuel Y. M. Seidu, and Lilian E. Otaye (Journal of Applied Psychology, 2012, Vol. 97, No. 2, pp. 287-300), the bootstrapping confidence intervals (p. 295) are incorrect. The bootstrapping confidence interval for experienced HPWS lies between.01 and.27, whereas bootstrapping confidence interval for empowerment climate lies between.01 and.16 instead of.04 and.74 and.01 and.52, respectively. Similarly, the bootstrapping confidence interval for psychological empowerment for experienced HPWS lies between.06 and.28, whereas the bootstrapping confidence interval for empowerment climate lies between.02 and.14 instead of.06 and.59 and.02 and.47, respectively.
