摘要

Single crystals of K_5LaLi_2F_(10) typecontaining Pr~(3+), Nd~(3+) and Er~(3+) ions were obtained bythe Bridgman method. The crystallographic structure of thisstoichiometric compound (orthorhombic, space group Pnma) wasconfirmed by an X-ray diffraction analysis. Preliminarymeasurements of optical properties of Pr~(3+), Nd~(3+) andEr~(3+) ions such as absorption spectra, luminescence spectra andlifetimes of main luminescent levels were done. The positions ofpertinent energy levels were determined from the low temperatureabsorption and luminescence spectra.
