摘要

Fusarium oxysporum a fungal strain confined from leafs of Withania somnífera utilized for the amalgamation of silver nanoparticles. The mycelia free concentrate acquired from the strain was utilized for the combination. It encouraged the creation of round, non agglomerated silver nanoparticles with a size scope of 19-50 nm on blending with 1 mM silver nitrate. XRD, AFM, and SEM were utilized for characterisation. The combined bio AgNP demonstrated antimicrobial movement against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The observed hemolysis of 3.906% in RBC lysis test demonstrates the protected utilization of bio AgNP for restorative reason. Along these lines the strain Fusarium oxysporum could be utilized for fast, effective and ecofriendly generation of antimicrobial bio AgNP.
