摘要

The electrochemical sensing behaviors of the L-histidine have been analyzed based on the copper germanate nanowires modified glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry method. The copper germanate nanowires can be attached firmly to the surface of bare glassy carbon electrode. The semi-reversible cyclic voltammetry peaks are located at +0.35 V and -0.51 V, respectively. With the modification of the copper germanate nanowires, the detection limit of 1.3 μM L-histidine and linear relationship over 0.005 to 2 mM are obtained. The copper germanate nanowires modified glassy carbon electrode exhibits good stability and reproducibility.
