A 49-year-old female with a three-year history of hypertension was found on routine transthoracic echocardiogram to have a 5 x 4 cm mass in the right atrium (Fig. 1). A CT of the chest showed the mass in the right atrium to be in proximity to the aortic root (Fig. 2) and was fed from a vessel arising from the right coronary artery (Fig. 3). The mass was excised under cardiopulmonary bypass with bicaval cannulation and antegrade hypothermic blood cardioplegia.
