The WHO-EORTC classification identifies three subgroups of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (PGBCL): primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma (PCFCL), primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (PCMZL) and primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCLBCL-LT). With the exception of the PCLBCL-leg type, most primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas have an excellent prognosis with a 5-year survival rate higher than 95%.
