The Journal of Holistic Nursing (JHN) serves many functions, including being the official journal of the American Holistic Nurses Association. The journal provides a venue for advancing knowledge and understanding of holistic nursing and health care. It serves a large community of scholars-the practitioners, researchers, and educators who use the information to inform and support their professional endeavors. Practitioner-scholars seek to serve their clients through having the most current information on holistic practices and outcomes. Researcher-scholars are interested in building on current knowledge to advance the science and art of holistic nursing and health care.
