摘要

In this study, CPA/Cu nanocomposite was applied as significant biosorbent for effective removal of Pb(II) from aquatic solution in environmental conditions. CPA/Cu was characterized through differ instrumental techniques like as x-ray diffractometer (XRD), SEM, FT-IR spectroscopy and TEM. Here, SEM and TEM images are clearly showed porous structure of the CPA/Cu nanocomposite within nanodimension. Various adsorption parameters like metal ion concentration, adsorbent dosage, pH effect, contact time and temperature effect were optimized. Langmuir and Freundlich models were studied to simulate the adsorption of Pb(II) through experimental data. Freundlich model was initiated for suitable q(e) of 38.93 mg/g. The kinetic study of nanocomposite was defined by pseudo-second-order and other thermodynamic parameters like as Delta S degrees, Delta H degrees and Delta G degrees were obtained -3.881 kJ/mol, -51.58 kJ/mol and -168.12 J/mol/K, respectively. The spontaneous and exothermic behavior of the reaction was inveterate by negative response of Delta G degrees and Delta H degrees. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
