摘要

Structural relaxation in amorphous substances with highly non-equilibrium structure produced by plasma sputtering, plasma melting, chemical deposition techniques is investigated. It is found that regularities of structural relaxation in these substances are similar to those observed in rapidly quenched glasses and may be described by the Tool-Narayanaswamy glass-transition model. For investigated substances, this result gives an opportunity to predict stability of their properties using a glass-transition model. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
