A 5-month-old boy, weighing 5 kg, was brought to us with the complaint of a gradually spreading, raised, serpiginous, red streak present on his right foot for the preceding 4 days. Clinical examination revealed an elevated, erythematous serpentine track on his right foot. No other abnormality was detected on physical examination.
