摘要

The structure of the surface of porous anodic film formed in oxalic acid electrolyte and the interface between the anodic film and the aluminium substrate have been investigated by AES, XPS, TEM and HREM. The results show that the interface between the anodic film and the aluminium substrate is expanded owing to the interdiffusion of oxygen ions and metal ions. A transition layer, which consists of oxygen and aluminium ions, exists between the anodic film and the aluminium substrate. The presence of this transition layer is probably the main reason for the increase in adhesion between the anodic film and the aluminium substrate. [References: 19]
