摘要

Neuenhauser-Vor-wald will be exhibiting a cross-section of their extensive range of expansion shafts and chucks suitable for all types of winding and rewinding applications of film, aluminium and paper products. Focal points for the exhibition are the expansion shaft type 406 for mechanical clamping and the expansion shaft type 409 for pneumatic operation. The expansion shaft type 406 is suitable for requirements with high reel weights as well as applications requiring totally concentric clamping at high line speed and high torque transmission. The safety expansion shaft, which is being shown at the exhibition keeps its tension even when there is a power failure and is suitable for many different inside core diameters. The expansion shaft type 409 with flat bladders on the circumference and pressure changeover is suitable for applications with high rotation speed and provides excellent grip for narrow web applications.
