摘要

A high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method with densitometric detection has been used to determine the flavonoid content of methanolic extracts of the leaves of Vaccinium myrtillus L. and Vaccinium vitis-idaea L. The plant extracts were separated on thin layers of silica gel Si 60 F_(254) by two- and three-step gradient eiution for glycosides and multiple development for aglycones. The flavonoid content was determined by videodensitometric techniques and results were evaluated statistically. Vaccinium myrtillus L. contained 450 #mu#g hyperin and 134 #mu#g isoquercitrin per gram dry leaves; Vaccinium vitis-idaea L. contained 460 #mu#g avicularin, 380 #mu#g hyperin. and 290 #mu#g quercetin per gram dry leaves.
