摘要

Two kinds of inorganic antibacterial agents,single-ion-exchange zeolite(silver zeolite,zinc zeolite),and bi-ion exchange zeolite(silver-zinc zeolite)were prepared.Their preparing conditions were investigated.It was found that reaction time and solution concentration are two important factors on exchange degree and efficiency.For bi-ion exchange reaction,it was found that the first exchange reaction decreased the exchange degree and efficiency of the second one.The antibacterial effects of the prepared agents on E.coll(Escherichia coll)were observed by testing the O.D.value of the bacteria solution after contacting with the antibacterial agent.It was found that the bi-ion-exchange zeolite showed best antibacterial effect on E.coli.As for the single-ion-exchange zeolites,the results showed that the antibacterial effect of silver zeolites on E.coli with a low silver content was much better than zinc zeolites with a high zinc content.The prepared antibacterial agent was blended with polyethylene and antibacterial assessment showed that the polymer composite exhibited satisfying antibacterial effect on E.coli.
