In spite of the increasing oil prices and impacts of thesubpri-me crisisin the US,the mood at Drupa 2008,the world's largest and most important fair for the printing and media industry,can hardly be better.The investment climate is extremely good and has by far exceeded expectations which were not too high before the event.My expectations were conservative.But the trade fair went better than expected.We have taken over 2,500 orders from 85 countries,a quarter of them from Germany.The percentage of orders from the US and China was also high,said Bemhard Schreier,Chairman of the Board of Heidel-berger Druckmaschinen AG.
