摘要

Poetic reflections of psychological content, a psychological tool developed by the author, is an amalgam of psychology and poetry. The purpose is to transmit positive messages to clients or patients treated with psychotherapy and hypnosis and to readers from the general public. They consist of essays which analyse human problems and propose positive solutions. They rest on two core elements: the concept of suggestion and that o/the message's component. Both of them and their relationship to poetic reflections of psychological content are elaborated. Poetic reflections are therapeutic or informative/preventive in content. Examples of both are given and their usefulness according to evidence originating from Positive Psychology is presented. The contributions and limitations of this psychological tool are discussed.
