Great leadership need not be mysterious. It can be analyzed, and there are patterns we can learn from. Great leaders are disciplined and apply principles to their leadership practice to be able to stick to their core value and goals. Great leaders are pragmatic yet creative, using real-world data but developing creative insights to see what others are missing. Great leaders don't become satisfied and lazy; they maintain a healthy vigilance for threats to their current and continued success.
