Latanoprost, a prostaglandin (PG) F2alpha analogue, is an effective and widely used medication in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma. Since its introduction, several adverse effects have been reported, prominent among which has been increased pigmentation of the iris and eyelashes. We describe a patient who developed repigmentation of her previously white hair after latanoprost therapy.
