摘要

The transformation of added water soluble phosphate and the influence of lime on such transformation was studied in acidic lowland soils of coastal agro-eco-system of Karnataka. Application of lime decreased all the inorganic phosphate fractions except Ca-P whereas, phosphorus levels maintained higher amount of phosphorus in the soluble form. Application of both lime and phosphorus lowered significantly the aluminium phosphate and iron phosphate. However, calcium phosphate increased slightly with theapplication of both lime and phosphorus. Groundnut genotypes did not influence P fractions except the total phosphorus.
