摘要

In this paper we discuss the development of highly reliable and sensitive setup to measure the electrochemical performance of ultra small thin film lithium ion batteries. The setup includes a Keithley 2400 source meter and a personal computer with General Purpose Interface Bus. The basic programme for controlling the instrument is developed using National Instrument's LabVIEW graphical platform. This platform includes a highly useful graphical user interface (GUI) which allows efficient data acquisition and data processing without human intervention.
