摘要

The facade of nanoscience is the creation and utilization of materials at the nanometer scale, has been a great influence on diagnostics and therapeutics. The notion of green chemistry principle for the synthesis of noble metal nanoparticleg is to' conquer the Problems, with 'the chemical synthesis and hybrid technologies. Present findings demonstrate the biological synthesis of gold nanoparticles using the aqueous rhizome extract of' Alpinia galang.a. The reaction was completed in two mintites: The siles of newly synthesized gold- nanoparticles are rnging from 9 to -36 nm. The newly foimed gold nanopartieles were found to be stable. UV-Vis spectrum reveals the SPR lambda(min) at 538 nin. X-Ray diffraction measurement clearly reveals that the, newly formed gold nano particles are crystalline in nature.. It is interesting. "that the newly synthesized gold nauoparticles 'corroborated cytotoxic effect in MCP-7. cell lines.
