摘要

In the present paper, we study the dual problems of complete controllability and complete constructive identifiability of autonomous differential-algebraic delay systems [1-7]. We develop constructive methods for solving these problems. For completely regular systems, we prove parametric criteria, write out a continuous reconstruction operator, and suggest a procedure for computing a damping control.
