摘要

Scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM) is one of the most powerful techniques to perform, magnetic imaging with high spatial resolution. We have investigated the spatial distribution of magnetization (magnetic domain) as well as the magnetostatic interaction and exchange interaction of an Nd— Fe-B permanent magnet. We also designed and installed a new compact STXM system at the Photon Factory.
