摘要

Some parameters of direct sample injection into an open tubular column of large diameter without flow splitting (volume of the injected sample, temperature of the injection port, flow rate of the carrier gas, and the completeness of sample transfer) were studied. Optimal operating conditions of an injection port were determined; it was demonstrated that this technique of sample injection can be used for the analysis of mixtures of compounds of different classes.
