摘要

In this study, the role of a greenhouse cover film of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) in improving soil thermal regimes and the effectiveness of soil solarization were investigated. The results show that the ETFE film induces a greater greenhouse effect and determines higher soil thermal regimes than those both monitored under EVA [ethylene vinyl acetate] greenhouse cover and reported in the literature. After just 10 days of solarization, the thermal regimes observed in mulched soil under an ETFE greenhouse cover caused a drastic reduction of Fusarium species. Finally, the advantages in the use of ETFE film as a greenhouse cover during solarization are analysed.
