On the base of the electrodynamics model the nonlinear processes of the two signals interaction in the TWT have been investigated in the corrugated waveguide with using the method of fundamental frequency. For the first time, the physical processes with accompany forming the phase electron bunch in the initial area, phase modulation, and cleaving of bunches in the saturation area have been investigated.
