摘要

Circuit characteristics of two typical MMIC elements are analyzed by using numerical techniques based on the FD-TD algorithm. One element is a F-shaped stub and the other element is a DC-cut coupling with two beam shapes facing each other. These elements are both the examples of several "model problems" that are presented and open to the public in the WEB site by the Society for the Study of Microwave Simulator. Since almost no analyzed examples are published for these elements, the major purpose of this report is to show examples of numerical results for discussions and investigations of accuracy and features of various analysis methods and tools.
