摘要

This paper describes the current state of the evacuation centers for vulnerable people in Osaka bay area and the validity of the location of each facility against Nankai Trough Great Earthquake and Tsunami is examined by using the announced simulation results of Central Disaster Prevention Council in Japan. The proportion of designation of evacuation centers for vulnerable people in Osaka Bay area is higher than the national average; however, many facilities are placed under the fragile condition for tsunami disaster.
