摘要

The paper is devoted to one of the most important problem for the present day - the efficient usage of energy resources in enterprises and organizations. The role of the metrological institutes of the GOSSTANDART of Russia, in particular that ofthe D. I Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM) as the most prepared one, for solution of the problems such as realization of power consumption inspections of organizations and enterprises, power-audit of commercial centres for mutual paymentoperations in pumping-over oil and oil products, as well as electric power and heat energy is demonstrates. The specific character of the centres for mutual payment operations is shown, a number of problems which should be considered is stated.
