摘要

It is necessary for stable production of high-yield and high-quality sugar cane with low cost toconstruct a production assisting information system for collecting and providing the requiredinformation such as soil, crop, pests and diseases, and weather conditions. In this study, the structureand functions of the system were discussed, and, main parts of it were made by forming the threekinds of database which were utilized the quality data, that is, yield of sugar cane, sugar content incane (pol per cent cane) and so on obtained automatically by the purchase system. Characteristics ofthe distribution of sugar content were checked, and the effect of cropping type, variety and rainfall inthe harvesting season on the sugar content were analyzed, and some distinct properties were madeclear.
