摘要

The curing behavior of thick layered UV curable urethaneacrylate resin, especially influence of curing conditions upon the cure-depth profile in the resin layer, was examined by the use of a photo DSC method. From the photo DSC data of the resin-layers cured under various conditions, the time-course of the profiles in the layers and the influence of UV light intensity upon the profiles, were characterized. With regard to the latter, it was clarified that cure-depth of the resin showed tendency to increase with the light intensity up to about 140 mW/cm{sup}2, and above this value, the cure - depth decreased with the light intensity. It was also clarified that there was the most suitable UV intensity for this resin to obtain the highest cure-depth.
