摘要

Epidermal naevus (EN) is a complex hamartoma deriving from hyperplasia of epidermal components without melan-ocytic involvement.Solomon, noticing the frequent coexistence of EN and extracutaneous anomalies, defined a condition called epidermal naevus syndrome (ENS). Naevus spilus, also known as speckled lentiginous naevus (SLN), is characterized by a pigmented patch with scattered macular or papular speckles. Naevus spilus associated with other extracutaneous signs has been termed speckled lentiginous naevus syndrome (SLNS). We report a case of naevi in a boy who presented for evaluation of skin lesions.
