摘要

The properties of the mixing layer in dynamic systems are studied using a mathematical model of the type of cubic mapping. The role of the mixing layer in the generation of information and in the evolution of the value of information is shown. At the moment of information generation, the value of information is zero; and in the course of time, it increases. A criterion for the decision-making efficiency is proposed, and the optimal moment of decision making in the process of creation is estimated. It is shown that the increase in the variability of the parameters of a living system as it enters the mixing layer and the decrease in this variability as the system leaves the mixing layer can be an objective index of transition of the system from one dynamic mode (attractor) into another.
