摘要

Software engineering technologies, especially relating software-reuse have been studied and applied real systems' development, and they are verified effectiveness to productivity of development and quality of products. I studied effectiveness of software-reuse in view of customer, using an example of application system's development in 1988, and I proposed effective components' size and contents for end-users of application systems. The main issue is that customizable user-interface components and business application packages are the most effective to end-users, and, business process innovation is an important problem. Systems-developers' productivity improvement has the same characteristics as end-users' effectiveness.
