摘要

It is a commonly-known and widely-accepted fact that exercise burns calories. Thus, those who are physically active can generally consume more calories than their less-fit counterparts without gaining excess weight. Now, a study by Natassa V. Tsetsonis, et al., in the February 1997 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that in addition to burning calories, exercise may also positively affect the manner in which our bodies digest high-fat meals.
