Multiple features associated with transitions of the near T-shaped and linear Ne...(ICl)-Cl-35,37(X,v', = 0) conformers are observed in laser-induced fluorescence spectra recorded in the ICI B-X, 2-0 and 3-0 spectral regions. The T-shaped complexes access the lowest intermolecular vibrational level, n'(b)=0, within the Ne + ICl(B,v') potential, while the linear complexes access four intermolecular bending levels, n'(b)=1-4, that form a progression of features up to the Ne + ICI(B,v') dissociation limit. The binding energy of b the energetically more stable, ground state linear Ne...(ICI)-C-35(X,v(n) = 0) conformer is measured to be 84(l) cm(-1) in action spectroscopy experiments.
