Sometimes we only recognize trends after we have missed the chance to deal effectively with them. The most recent Canadian Collision Industry Forum was held Saturday, January 26, 2008, at the Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel. pening his first CCIF meeting as Chairman, Tony Canade started by thanking previous Chairman Larry Jefferies: "Larry kept his focus on relevant subjects (both repair processes and people issues), and he made sure that CCIF meeting agendas were filled with expert, leading edge presentations on such topics. We're glad to have Larry still very much involved with CCIF and will continue to benefit from his wisdom." Tony added that his vision was to maintain the gradual evolution of CCIF in accordance with the wishes of its participants.
